What daily exercises can I do to get rid of the following..?
Ok, I’m not fat. Don’t start with be happy with your image or anything. I’m hoping that by summer I won’t be afraid to roll up in a bikini (when I bend over I get rolls!!). What daily exercises can I do to get abs/trim my stomach fat, get rid of itty bitty love handles, and maybe slim my thighs?
Could you be specific? (Example: for thighs, do 25 crunches each night)
One of the best overall exercises is jogging or swimming. Jogging a mile or more a day is great and swimming for at least 15 minutes would do as good. One major thing to help lose the weight is to cut out the sugars in your diet if you haven’t. They give you the most compact proteins you could want but if you don’t use them up they get stuck in the body and need to be jogged or swam off as well so for any candy or pop or pastry you eat you have to double your workout just to cover for that one part that packs so much for you.
