Roughly thats about 600-700 calories a day, my doctor has told me that im overweight and that eating ryvitas would be good for me especially for breakfast and dinner. Im going to egypt in 5 months, and im 3 stone over weight, i do exercise but my diet doesnt help me lose any weight, im currently doing hannah watermans exercise dvd in the mornings then having my breakfast then going to work (im a hairdresser). I dont know if ill loose enough weight for me to look good in my bikini and would like your advice

It’s not healthy to eat below 900 calories, your body will go into starvation mode and vital organs in your body will start to shut down. You will die, eventually. Add some more food to your diet.
