Thanks
I bought one for my son (age two at the time) – I don’t really like them. Yes, they do help you to float, but because they are sewn into the suit, it makes the whole suit ride up to your shoulders if you are vertical. So if you are standing in the water and you submerge yourself up to the neck (or anywhere above waist level) you have these floating blocks pulling up on the crotch of the suit, because they are sewn in at waist level. Also, they are hard foam blocks; there is absolutely no give. So when they ride up, they are uncomfortable and unattractive. Do NOT waste your money. Get yourselves a couple of life jackets – they make them fairly thin these days, and you can take them off at anytime, unlike the blocks in these suits. Also, the link you gave shows that it costs $55 – I bough mine at WalMart for about $10, and I felt it was a waste of money.
Here is one that might be better for your son, but they don’t come in adult sizes:

swim sutie for a 2 year old?
i have some swim suits that look like this Disney – Ariel One-Piece Swimsuit – Toddler Girl not sure if i should just get a life jaket for her or get a swim suite like this with the Float things in the swim suits?
I would do the life jacket approach so you can take it off and work on swimming in little bits with her when she is in your arms. Things like going under water in fun little bits and floating. I think kids are never too young to learn stuff that can help them be safe around water long term. Learning not to panic underwater is one of those things. I also firmly believe in water babies and so on. I think teaching kids to be able to take care of themselves around water is essential.

Muslim women are participating in Aqua-aerobics and swimming events
All these years, Muslim women have faced the problem of finding an appropriate swimwear which adheres to the Koran, which forces a woman to cover everything except her face, hands and feet.
Swimsuits available in the market or either were not addressed to Muslim women that led to skin sample or were impractical for the bathroom. To adequately describe how uncomfortable the swimwear was designed to Muslimahs quote Ahed Zanetti who wrote to National Geographic News stating "As an active Muslim girl, I found it difficult participate in most sports because of all the clothes too. And the veil very unpractical when playing sports. "
For a market that was not targeted holders of large market share as Nike dispersion of small businesses took the initiative of designing something fruitful for Muslimahs. People like Zanetti, Haseman Momeni Oliver and saw great potential and design need in the market of swimwear for Muslimahs. Zanetti is the owner of Ahiida, an Australian company that designs women's sportswear. Oliver began his adventure Bodykini Momeni in 2007, based in Spain and Haseman a Turkish company started designing a line swimsuit for men, women and children. Among all these products is the most admired and reviewed "Bodykini."
Surely, Oliver had the support and the opinions of the Iranian family members and an experience of over 20 years in the family textile business. Before designing the final product "Bodykini" Oliver did a number of market research and met with many Muslim women. During his time, he learned the important attributes targeted to design the swimsuit. Designed Bodykini which is a complete mixture of a bathing suit that looks great, designed for modest comfort, adheres to tradition Islam and most importantly lets women swim without any fear.
It does this by removing all the excess fabric that the previous bathing suit presented as the veil, pants and skirts. Oliver has all the things in two main piece of clothing: a shirt with a hijood that serves as a headpiece attached to the body, which provides firmly on the head without slipping over and pants. The fabric used is a high quality waterproof fabric that is not only highly resistant to chlorine but also provides protection ultraviolet. The advantage of using a polyester material is that it has low water absorption, dries fast and ensures complete stretch in all directions to comfortable swimming or water sports.
The Bodykini comes in two colors to choose from and two unique features. The first feature is the two elastic bands attached inside the pants that get buttoned on the inside of the application, which prevent the application of the fleet in case the swimmer performs a first dive feet. The second feature is the small pocket with a zipper on the trousers, ideal for storing small items like keys or money.
So now, with Bodykini products such as problems namely: meeting the Islamic traditional requirements and availability of a comfortable swimming garment for women, are resolved. Bodykini is available online at bodykini.com. Along with this Bodykini has launched in the Middle East and is available in Dubai at Al Boom retail stores or Marina in the Dubai Ladies Club.
Now, Muslim women can remain more active and enjoy water sports with the power of Bodykini. The modest swimsuit Bodykini is becoming popular not only among Muslims but also among all those women who love to cover their bodies and avoid tanning while enjoying the soothing waters.
Having said all that, Oliver Momeni is not just being grateful for all Muslim women to introduce such a wonderful product on the market, but large companies are looking forward to promote products as Bodykini is showing a good grip on the swimwear market. Taylor, of the journal Azizah said that
"In 15 years there will be an important consumer market and many Muslims demand."
I think we're in the Hispanic market was 20 years ago, and today the Hispanic market is an important consumer market. "Additionally, Arun Jain, a marketing professor at the University of Buffalo in New York, is agreement and states that given the growth potential of the Muslim community in the United States, major sportswear manufacturers could be missing an opportunity entering an emerging market. Moreover, most Muslim women in the modern world women comprising of Christians, Jews and others do not feel the need to show their bodies and try to be modest.
