Ive always been unconfertable with my body and especaially since i live in florida my friends want me to go to the beach with them and do swimming with them and i hate once peice bathing suits so i have tankines but all the tops are short on me and even with regualr shirts too because i have a long torso. And ive been wanting to lose wieght and ive cut down on my food and i walk a half a mile twice a day so what else can i do. I would like to lose 40 pounds last time i weighed myself was 3 weeks ago and i weighed in at 160 and im 5’1 so and NO DIET PILLS 1) cuz thier rong and 2) their bad for ur health
Eat three sensible meals a day. Make healthy choices and be aware of portion sizes.

I’m 16. I’m tall with a long torso. All the one piece suits are too tight in the shoulders or croch.
