Just wondering because JAPANESE do have swim shorts to wear under the swimsuit to prevent pubic hair from escaping out the side of the swimming suit/bikini and prevent from transparency of wet swimsuit/bikini showing through the pubic hair. (Japanese ladies tend to be very hairy and dark haired down there)
Even Japanese teenagers are wearing it.

Why I am answering this odd question I will never know…but here goes…. I am an American who has lived in the Philippines for 6 years. The truth here is that MOST here do not even own a swimsuit unless they have a foreigner boyfriend. Most here go swimming with shorts and tee-shirt (over street bra). It is such a paradox of things here…on one hand they are so conservative about showing anything in public, yet will go to a short time hotel with you for 500 pesos. I do not mean to talk bad about the women here, they treat me great……but they are hard to figure out most of the time (as if the rest of the worlds women were easy to figure out) he he he

What kind of swimsuit should I buy?
